Chris,

Yeah! Where do I get that stuff? A musician type place or a general adhesive type place? I think I might just stick it in my rack on top of one of my other units.

I bought some of it from a mail order electronics supplier, couldn't find it at my local hardware store

The first time I got mine, I found it in the grocery store; the second time I bought some, it was in Home Depot. I've also seen it at Target and similar stores. Be careful where you put it - this stuff is serious!

I was referring not to the brand, of course, but to its look of having been used, tripped over by dumb waiters, etc. It has the look of a friend that's stuck with you thru the bad as well as the good.

The current Woods models are ALL dual channel.

I use the Fishman Pro-EQ Platinum (Bad Link Removed)
which is an excellent pre - lots of control over the tone but main benefit for me is feedback control features - phase switch and also a notch filter which are both incredibly effective. You can also cut trouble freqs. with the swept mid eq.
Since I've got this I've been able to really turn up at gigs.
