feedback mismatch

Looking at my profile, I have 21 transactions, all positive feedback. My feedback score only shows 18, but still 100%.

Confused, I am.

I'm similar at 34/33. If I had to guess it would have to be a glitch when old software got updated. For example if you had feedback from a user that was banned or deactivated before a software upgrade, the system could delete the feedback from your profile, but leave the total unaffected?

I don't really know, that's just a guess.

Only transactions from unique users count towards your total. Maybe this explains it?
