Fender Am Std JazzV vs Am Std PV

For the 4 string models, Fender lists width at nut for J to be 1.5, & for P to be 1.625. For the 5 string version of both, they list it as being 1.875. Is the same neck used on both models? Havn't been able to find a 5P locally to scope it.
