That is my favorite color combination. Classic. I had a '62 Precision like that, and like the young idiot I was, I sold it...cheap.

Since there was a thread recently about Fenders and I recently picked up, and now play, a Fender P-Bass again (after a 25 year hiatus from Fenders), I am interested in seeing as many Fender pics as possible.

Mine came with a very ugly (IMO) white pickguard. I ordered a tortoise shell to replace it, but in the meantime I painted the white one black. It looks much better with a black pickguard than a white one.

I'll have pics later, but for now I wanted to see everyone's pics of their Fenders (Jazz or Precisions)...just to see what color combinations you chose.

I prefer the classic '62 Fender Precision in sunburst with a tort pickguard and rosewood fingerboard (pics of mine tomorrow).

What do you have?

Mainly Sheboygan and Fond du Lac areas right now, slowly working our way up towards the Fox Cities and GB. Would love to get up to the Wausau area though. My keyboard player lived and worked up there for a time after he finished law school.
