Mine came with a very ugly (IMO) white pickguard. I ordered a tortoise shell to replace it, but in the meantime I painted the white one black. It looks much better with a black pickguard than a white one.
I'll have pics later, but for now I wanted to see everyone's pics of their Fenders (Jazz or Precisions)...just to see what color combinations you chose.
I prefer the classic '62 Fender Precision in sunburst with a tort pickguard and rosewood fingerboard (pics of mine tomorrow).
