Fender Bassman 150

I bought this amp back in 2005 and have used it on all my gigs. It is the only amp I have. It has a 12" Eminence speaker in it. This is the amp you can lean back. Eminence does not make that speaker any more so if this speaker goes out before the amp does, I don't know what speaker to use that has the same bolt pattern. If you have this amp, do you run an extra cab with it? What are your normal setting.

Welcome to TalkBass!!!!

Man, don't sweat it. If you blow the speaker you can get a replacement. If you live here in the states you can call US Speaker and they can give you options based on measurements of them inside of the cab.

Contact Peavey. They probably know what speaker for replacement.

Thanks for all the info. I really appreciate it. I like this amp as it is not that heavy and it has a direct out to the mixer board. So really, I use it as a monitor. Since our band broke up a couple of years ago and I am in my 70's I freelance so I might play 4 - 5 times a year. Which is great for me as my wife and I like to travel. If I knew how to post an audio clip, I would post a live recording our sound man made.
