Fender Cowpoke?!?

That kinda looks like a Stu Hamm model but then again it's been a while since I've seen one of those.

I love the PJ set up so I'm sold on this one guys.

That was my first real Fender. The first one had a very dead spot. The second had a fair amount of filler around the frets, but was otherwise OK. The preamp was not great except for bass boost. If I'd known more I'd have set the treble flat and somehow rewired for a standard treble cut alongside the bass control.

I've still, 4 years after discovering them, haven't seen one in the wild.

I wish I'd kept mine as it was light and handy and looked good. I sold it for far too little. I wasn't a huge fan of the preamp if the treble was boosted, but I was new to anything with a boost on. There were at least two sunburst ones - the first and second ones I had.

I miss the one I had now (or the second one - the first had real issues). It was sunburst. Edit: I see I am repeating my regret!
