Nice bass. What finish is that?
Like you said, only a light touch is needed and this bass sounds like thunder. The times I do thump there's no buzz or clanking. Only takes a light touch on the fret hand as well to get a good clear note.
I don't know what you paid for yours but with FCS prices I hope there's a difference!
I have been told that the FCS hold tighter tolerances on all electronics and that the electronics and wood is either hand pick from new shipments Fender receives or is special ordered especially for the FCS.
