fender Frank bello bass?

How did you find out the ltd FB-4 has a $1000 price tag? Im still very tempted by this bass!! Itching to see some more namm clips of it or bello playing it at the namm show. I'm a bit shocked by the $1000 price tag for the ltd version. Wonder if it has a black finish on the reverse of the neck?

The prices do not surprise me. The ESP will be excellent quality and worth every penny. The ltd is seen as a lesser brand but still has plenty of quality.

If a made in Korea Warwick is around £1000 in the UK then the ltd is fairly priced.

ESP treat their artists very well and prefer the personal touch. I have heard first hand how nice they are. Steve Bailey moved to Warwick who are another artist focused company because they made him more welcome than Fender.

To be fair Fender is a huge company and they might be struggling to keep everybody happy.

IMO Warwick is shooting themselves in the foot with their pricing structure. Why bother buying a new Warwick for $4000 (USD) when most of the used gear goes for less than $2,000?
