i ordered one today at about 10:30 central time, and to my knowledge, they are still selling the same deal, just dont let em tell you it doesn't come with the amp, tell em you know it does. i just called to make sure they didnt charge me full price, and sure enough, 499.99 for fender jag bass (hot rod red) with bdec amp. i know they are still selling because she was trying to sell it to me until i told her i had already purchased and was just confirming. foreal, you cant get a better deal than this, dont let it go... i even think my dad bought one in olympic white. hhahah.

yea my friend was wanting one of these and i said hey do you want one of those amps brandnew . He did and said he would give me 250$ for it.......he is not paying tell he gets it so yes hopefully it does not get destroyed ha

 

You guys were lucky. I tried to get the 15% off, and they wouldn't do it with the amp. I didn't want the amp and the hastles of trying to sell it, so I took the bass for $509. It's still an OK deal, I think.

It was a usual thing for the month of July. Not so sure it is continuing through August. The deals were call-in-only deals. Nothing on the web reflected the deals. I picked up a few great items throughout the month, but only one bass.

 

The amp is not looking to be as easy to flip as i thought

 

Sell it to GC
Haggle and see if they'll give you $200...afterall, they're selling them for $299.

Or, hang out at GC every day...hide in the shadows by the bass amps...wait for someone to come in who wants to buy the BDEC...whisper "Pssst...hey buddy. I got your amp here for $100 less"...profit!

 

I just got off the phone with MF and I have a black Jaguar on the way thanks to this thread!

I really wanted white but those were gone, so I stopped by a music store on the way home hoping to be able to check out black and HRR to help me decide on color. They only had a black one, but it looked and played great! It was Crafted in Japan and the guys in the store said that they have only seen CIJ Jaguars. When I got home I still hadn't decided between HRR and black, so I flipped a coin and black won.

I had called three times today to try and get 15% off, but the best deal that I could get was 10% off and the first person that I spoke to wouldn't come down at all from $599.99. It ended up being $539.99 shipped with a B-DEC. That is still a pretty screaming deal!

BTW-Do these come with a gig bag?

I tried the "15 Done" discount code, but I was told that "15 Done" is a code that is used when MF screws up an order and they take off 15% as a way to make up for it.
