Fender FSR Club

Just put TI flats on mine. Still sounds huge but just a bit less zingy. Those stock Fender strings really aren't half bad. But my fingers prefer flats!

Does anyone else treat their fretboard? I was told that 2-3 times a year you should rub mineral oil or linseed oil or any one of the numerous fretboard products into your fretboard to keep it from drying out. I used mineral oil on mine,
 
So what is the cheapest regular American made Precision - used to be the Highway 1. Although that had a hybrid production process wherre it was partly done in Baja. So not completely USA only.

That would be the Honeyburst American Special Precision from GC. On sale for $699 and very well regarded! (do a search on TB) I thought the price was going back up today but online at least, still the same.
