Fender Highway Pups

Hi I am thinking of buying nes second hand the above pups for a Jazz bass project.
What I was wondering is there any way to tell which pickup is the bridge & which 1 is the neck pickup.
The person I am buying them off took them off & never marked them or dosent it matter. Fender has 1 diffrent part number for the neck & 1 diffrent part number for the bridge.
The seller dosent have a multi meter to check resistance etc & he is 1/2 way around the country ( Australia) so theres no way of seeing them
Thanks

Well, if he doesn't have a multimeter, how can he prove they work? I have a set of Fender Highway 1 pickups here and they are not very good pickups. If you're not fussed on the sound and the price is right...

The bridge pickup will be slightly longer than the neck. Also, the magnets are spaced wider in the bridge pickup.
