Fender Japan : Hollowbody Jazz

Not bass related exactly, but i have dealt with Itchyscratchy a few times for instruments and their delivery times are crazy fast. I've gotten instruments from them in 2 days, honestly. Check their U-box as well for used stuff you won't find Stateside as well. I will say though, that of the 4 or so guitars I've bought from them TWICE they didn't charge my credit card for somewhere between 30 and 60 days. That can be extremely disconcerting, so be advised.

30 to 60 days bothers me.

I posted in one of the other threads about this bass, I played these in Tokyo when they were released back in may, they're cool, but don't sound that different to a regular jazz.. They seemed expensive for what they are, fender Japan has a bit of a hollow mahogany body hard on at the moment with a whole range of teles as well, some over $2000.

I dunno, seemed like a bit of a novelty to me, they also come in black now.
