Fender Jazz BASS 5 String - MIA

I have recently purchased Fender Jazz Bass 5 String - Made in USA with a SN N00xxxx (Six digits). It does not have the regular Standard Fender Tuners. I was wondering whether someone can provide me with more information on this bass.(i.e. Is this a Deluxe model, is it really a US made bass etc)
