I recently put one on layaway at Guitar Center. It was the 4-string Sunburst model for $529 (case NOT included). I loved everything about it. Action was perfect. Well that night I looked on their website and they have the standard color for $599 ( WITH the hard shell case INCLUDED ) I guess my question is does anybody know if there's a difference in the two other than the color? I think I'm going to order the standard when I can pay the layaway off and compare them and pick after that. The guy at Guitar Center said he would match the price of the standard and give me a case with the Sunburst so that was cool. All help appreciated...Thanks

The bass has bad neck dive. A problem many people seem very upset about. As long as you have a left arm you should be fine.

Lol...thanks. not planning on losing it but what other acoustic basses do u recommend in that price range? I've never owned an acoustic bass and all I've ever played is Ibanez. Been playing for 30 years but i don't really like the Ibanez Acoustics.
