Some of the new colors to the Player II series: Birch green, Aquatone blue, Hialeah yellow, Coral red. The Birch green speaks my name.

Looks like they will release the new series soon. The URL that results from replacing player with player-ii is already showing an empty page. Random URLs show a 404 page ("We still haven't found...").

Empire Music have their videos up now.Yup, today is release day:
Player II Series Tier 1 Marketing Campaign is embargoed until market launch on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 at 6am PT.
Long & McQuade probably shouldn't have released the video yet.

I found a Reverb listing of a Player II Telecaster. Interestingly, the back of the headstock now reads "Made in Ensenada".

I was looking to buy the Precision Vintera II because of the rosewood neck and the 7.25" radius - but not sure that it is now worth $350 more.
Both made in MX, apparently same body and neck wood - differences seem to be on the vintage radius, truss rod, tuning machines, frets (tall), larget nut and possibly wider string spacing (20mm?) on the Vintera II?
Not sure about the pickup tone.
edit: Vintera II has a tortoise shield, done!![]()
