My local music school has a couple of them. They have been handled without care for many years. It's one of the reasons I bought the 500 watt version. They just scream reliable.

An instrument or patch cable from the FX send jack of amp 1 into the FX return jack of amp 2. Amp 1 is the amp your instrument is plugged into.

Yes. That's how you do it. You'll need about an 18" patch cable...

I'm amazed at just how quiet (i.e. free of buzz or hum) my new R100 is. I often forget to turn it off. If I'm not playing, it is silent... and the part of my house where I play is quiet to begin with

I have 2 100's, gigged them stacked for a few years. For some bigger gigs, I wanted more. I tried and bought a GR Bass 210 combo, love it. Then bought another for backup (no comment). Then bought GR 1x12 800 combo and after a while bought a GR Bass 1x12 cabinet to stack with the 1x12 combo. The stacked 12's are my favorite. I still have the 2 Rumbles that get used for rehearsals and I won't get rid of them. But now I think I'll only keep one 2x10...anyone near Wisconsin want a never played GR Bass AT 2x10 800 w/cover... LOL

I’ve got the one lone R100. Been steady as a rock without being as heavy as one. Been perfect for small venues & DI’d into the PA for bigger/outdoor gigs. It’s all I need

I have one, have had it for a bit. It's ok, I have only used it on a gig once or twice, it tends to be boomy and sort of hollow sounding without a defined bottm end in the rooms I play in. I mostly use it at home for a practice amp. It's nice and light! My gig rig is pretty light too, so....
I have brought it to a couple of casual jams/get togethers due to ite easy portability (and the fact that it's an all in one, not separate amp/cab like my other rigs).
It is a little boomy at home, but it's really easy to deal with and is much better than my couple of other smaller practice amps which I use less and less. I actually just got rid of one.

Having the DI out is nice but usually for a gig with FOH even with my gig rig I send the DI out from my Ampeg SCR-DI box which has worked well so far.

You guys are gonna hate me. I found one of these Rumble 100's for $110. With a cover. On Ebay. And I gig with it as my main amp now. It replaced a PF500 and a Fearful 15/6. Anyone else playing outdoor shows with a single rumble 100 like me?!

I have 1. It works fine to date. I may regret not ponying up for one of the bigger models but so far its got enough juice. It primarily for recording and practice

The Rumble 500 moves some air that's for sure. Frog brought one for me to play an outdoor show in a back yard and it had all the mojo with much to spare.
