Fender Rumble 200 info needed.
My current band has a low level sound (electric acoustic) and we don't use a sub-woofer system.
I currently have a Rumble 100 which I love, but I find that if I turn it up loud enough to be heard at the back of most rooms it is then too loud on the stage.
The Rumble 100 has no external speaker jack and I want to add a speaker to place at the front of the stage to help expand the bass presence in the room mix.
I was going to upgrade to the Rumble 200 for the 15" interal speaker, but mostly because it has an external speaker jack which would allow me to add that second speaker cabinet in the front of the stage. However now I my understanding is that if you use the external jack on the 200 it cuts out the internal speaker. Is this true???.
Why would they do that??? If this is true can someone recommend a small powerful (100W+) light weight bass combo that would work for my plan? Thank you all
