Fender Rumble Club

I play my Ibanez SR30th Anniversary 4-string through my Rumble 200 (also run through a Vox Stomplab II bass pedal). I run my PRS SE24, through the electric guitar Vox Stompab into the Rumble 200. Great amp, been nothing but happy with it. I even bought Rumble 25 for the front room and jam sessions. Oh yeah, can I have a number?

Is that the new Ibby with the F-hole? How's it working out for you?

Had a crazy weekend---broke my fretless bass.

Kid crushed a cone on my 500C.

Played Bongo in place of fretless. Discovered I need a fretless that sounds like a jazz bass in the lows but sounds like a bongo in the highs.

Fixed fretless last night and confirmed I need a jazz fretless that sounds like the bongo in the high end.

Crushed cone doesn't sound different--any ideas? Vacuum didn't work.

Welcome Rumbler #825. Glad you're enjoying that 200. Rumble on!

Wow, bad weekend. Would love to hear the details. What kind of gig were you playing?
Can't help you on the crushed cone, hopefully someone else can.

Ugh... I hear about this all the time. I never see how audience gets close enough to the backline to do damage. Never happens at any of my shows...

Do you mean the dust cover? That little dome shaped thing that covers the end of the voice coil?

Well--since I may not be a free man....what do you all think about a 1990 Pedulla fretless II?
