Fender Rumble Club

 Luckily, my anal retentive tendencies have a limit. I don't really notice the cloth directions so it does not bother me at all. I actually never noticed it until someone on here pointed it out last year, and have never thought about it since.

These things have a habit of coming back. The only solution is yellow and black police tape, positioned 15' in front of your stack, stating: "CAUTION: Do Not Stand Within 15' or Severe OCD or Anal Retentive Tendencies WILL Occur". There, next problem...

All this rotating cabs made me try it. How do you like my mismatched logos?

Greetings from the North,

Thanks to all that responded to the Rumble 200 15 Combo + Rumble 115 inquiry. I recently went through a spill that fractured my elbow and banged up a shoulder. So........ The Super Bassman is going to be staying home for a while. Thanks again.

Rezdog
Take care there Rezdog.

Your Super Bassman will still sound as great when you're ready for it.
I hadn't used mine for a few weeks until last weekend, used it for 2 big gigs, amazing as usual.

I have been playing my new Studio 40 exclusively since it arrived. Today I broke out my 1954 Precision clone strung in Fender 9050M flats and played through my good old Rumble 200 combo. Ahhhh that fabulous Fender tone through a superb Eminence 15" woofer! Such Bliss. :D Rumbles Rule! :D

I played two gigs yesterday with my Rumble 200 Combo - both with a USA Peavey Fury... One was outdoors with a big PA, the other was indoors with a "vocals and acoustic guitar only" PA, and in both cases the Rumble 200 Combo sounded great - LOVE the sound of that 15" speaker...

Just for fun I decided to play some guitar last night through my R500H out to headphones.

Long story short it makes a surprisingly good guitar amp. I was pretty shocked at how sharp and sparkly I could make the sound without it sounding ear-piercing, or having that cheap-cardboardy or muddy sound to its low end that I associate with SS guitar amps. My ears knew I wasn't using tubes but it was possibly the best sounding SS guitar amp I've ever heard.

It's an impressive little 5lb tone monster.
