I have been playing my new Studio 40 exclusively since it arrived. Today I broke out my 1954 Precision clone strung in Fender 9050M flats and played through my good old Rumble 200 combo. Ahhhh that fabulous Fender tone through a superb Eminence 15" woofer! Such Bliss. :D Rumbles Rule! :D
I have a Kustom 200w bass combo with the Eminence 15, they’re a killer speaker.

Also has anyone seen the limited edition rumble 200 blonde? Anyone like it?

Are the fender one button foot switches any good?

Any visual mods I can give my rumble?

Can u stuff a r100 combo with stuffing or line it with acoustic stuff to improve the sound? Steps involved? anything I have to look out for or hazards?
Is it worth doing what does it improve?
Does it have any negative effects on the sound?

Any other really cool mods besides the ones listed in the rumble wiki?

Rumble 500 v3 combo
Mesa boogie subway 1x12
Mia jazz
Tonal heaven

Love it. Rumble by itself easily keeps up with the guys I jam with. Plug in the mesa and I get a full range of volume with deep low end, and great volume out of the high end. As for the j-bass, it's an american elite. I can't get enough. Took a minute to get set up. Once I got it dialed in, it plays like butter. I put a set of flats on, and I couldn't be happier.

What rumble cabs can I use with the 500 head?
I have the 500 head and used it initially with single Rumble 210....gigged this way for a year or so. I added a second 210 a few months ago for larger rooms, outdoors or when I have no FOH support. The two together stacked vertically is a great setup and really projects well, I like the fact that I can use one or both cabs depending on the need.
