I hope Fender never changes the Rumble series speaker it sounds fantastic!! Let me see... some of the amps I’ve owned...ampeg SVT W/9/10 cab 2 SWR REDHEADS..ACOUSTIC w/SWR Triad Cab...GK 750...And a lot more... every time I plugged into a Rumble to try out a bass at the store I was always blown away how good it sounds. Now I have a 200c 115 and completely love it. I also play a lot of ZZ Top and it sounds fantastic as a guitar amp. Pinch harmonics and all. I crank up the drive and also use a good Boss Overdrive and an ELHX HOLY GRAIL! All I can say is Wow. That’s Some Spicy Sound “ Conmigo” ala Billy Gibbons “

All we need from Fender now is a MATCHING 115 cab! My anal retentive nature hates putting the tiny 200c on top of the 115. Oh well, I'll be ok...I think.

It's an American Professional P V. I changed out the pickguard for a plain white one which made the black and maple really pop. I have some ultralite tuners and a bridge on order from Hipshot. After that, I'm going to have it shielded then it's done. I don't plan on touching the pickup or electronics. They have a great clean and warm sound.
I'm working through my amp choices right now with the help from this great club.

Is that two different rumble rigs?
The bottom one being a 115?

I turned my Rumble 200 combo's Gain all the way up to 5 o'clock today. Bass=Noon; Low Mid=3 o'clock for a +6 dB boost, High Mid=3 o'clock for more of the same, Treble= 9 o'clock for a -7.5dB cut. Used that setting with Vintage both off and on. Too much gain with Vintage on so backed off to 12 o'clock high for better dynamic response. Not too shabby. Must Be Blue Monday.

According to Fedex tracking, it got there last Thursday at 943 am...still waiting to hear back from Fender as to what they`re gonna do..how long does it usually take for them to address issues once they receive the amp? I don`t wanna pester them, but on the other hand, I`m hoping they can remedy the issue so I can maybe use the amp this weekend...

Mine took a little longer than usual, but it wasn't Fender. It was Fed Ex (maybe UPS, I don't recall for sure). They lost track of it for a couple of days, but over all, I think it took a couple of weeks.

Fedex did their job well, 3 days from Long Island to Az..I don`t mind the wait, my backup Bassman is fine( I actually got the Rumble to cure my GAS problem, the 36lb was the icing on the cake)..

The white really does work well that's going to be a super nice bass when it's finished.

And thank you! Electrical tape is awesome for spicing up a guitar because it leaves no residue. She may just be a lowly Squier but she's the best Squier I've ever played by miles!

Just one Rumble rig though. I'd like to add a second cab but 350 watts into the single 210 is already crazy loud.

If I had it to do over again, would I have been better off with a 200H and one/two 115s?

I've not heard a 115 yet, so am unable to make a personal comparison between the two. The drivers are the same (I assume), so the delta would be the enclosure.

Since I bought my 200C on release, I'd really rather not pay today's prices to replace it with a 200H and a 115.

Welcome Rumbler #942! The 200 is the only Rumble I don't own, so my comment is based on what others have said and what I know about the product. I doubt you will notice any difference between the 200c and a 200 head and a 1x15 cab. @Linnin would know, he loves the 200, but I think the drivers are the same. He will correct me if I'm wrong. You need the 1x15 extension, for sure. It isn't about volume, but about the sound you get. I started with a 500c and, as you said, it had plenty of volume, but the sound was not as full as I like. I added a 2x10 extension and it is like adding whipped cream and a cherry on top. You get the physical feel of the sound you don't get with one cab. As to changing to a head and 2 cabs, I wouldn't. There is nothing to be gained by doing so. But get the cab. As @Linnin would say "Mo Rumble is Mo Better!"

Hey- I just got a call from Paul at Fender- He said that he played through my amp for a coupla hours, but wasn`t able to duplicate the problem, BUT, he just put the order through to send me a BFN Rumble, I should have it in my grubby little paws in 7-10 days...
I call that excepshunnn....ummm, egsepshun...GREAT service!!

I'm loving the Studio 40 but have a nagging "inconvenience" with it. More often than not the bluetooth doesn't connect when I power the amp up. It shows up as paired but won't connect. No matter what I seem to do I wind up removing the connection with my laptop and going through the discovery process from scratch each time. I've tried about every combination of start/stop/connect/disconnect order. I know that bluetooth has been a problem with the Tone app so it may just be an issue I'll need to live with. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you connect the amp to a bluetooth device and have it work each time?

As far as the Rumble 115s go, they are larger. That's a good thing. They are well designed and built. Another good thing. They are internally braced and fully lined. That's a couple of very good things. If money isn't and issue, I'd buy a matched pair, if only to soothe your neurosis. Don't forget to buy both the Rumble 200 & 500 heads to be fully prepared for all events. And most important of all
