I think if you add an extension cab, you should add a matching 210:I must be on a roll! This is my second post ever! I love my Fender Rumble 500 Combo amp. I am looking at adding an extension cab. So which do you prefer, Fender 410 or the 115? I have read a lot on this on talkbass.com, but I was unsure if folks were referring to the head or the combo amp. I have the Combo amp. Which is basically the 500 head with a 210? Thanks for your input!!

It's the perfect match to your Rumble 500, sound and looks wise. I never really cared for the 1x15 extension with my Rumble 500 combo. I didn't think it ever did much and I couldn't hear it much probably because the 10s are "faster," so to speak. The 4x10" would also work well, but I think it's a bit overkill for a 500 watter.

The Rumble 115 is a very popular choice for an extension cabinet. The newly released Rumble 210 cab is proving quite popular also. To move the most air and gain the most volume, add the Rumble 410. I think the plaid one is going to give the Rumble 112 a go with his 500 combo.
