I'm sure I could find a way to use them, yes. Not sure my band mates (or my back) would like it, though.
Can I join the club? Mere hours ago I brought home a Rumble 40, seemed to be the best option for jamming with others. My TV Electronics BG 250 112 weighs twice as much! (Not so much fun to lug around for jams).

the 2x10 cabs are gonna blow big time with the 800 hd. Even the rumble 4x10 can’t take it. When I had the 800HD , I had to go with a GK neo 212 . Its weird Fender made that powerful head but no cabs to do it justice. Rumble cabs farted out quickly and sounded muddy, boxy. The 115 has an awesome tone though but just can’t take the heads power at band practice levels or live gigs

Guess it's time to get a number for the Rumble Club. Just picked up the Rumble Studio 40 for use in the living room. Also have a Rumble 500 Combo for playing with others, it was too big in the living room. Here they are together with my USA Fender Jazz Bass.

The way to add a full size photo is to click the photo image icon to the right of the smiley face icon on the bar above when your in reply box. Then either take a pic or upload one and then select from thumbnails.
it can be kinda slow. May have to hit the icon a time or two. Just wait. It pops up.

It is a USA Geddy Jazz model, I changed out the pickgard with another from Fender that more closely matches the inlays. Also replaced all the screws with stainless steel hardware along with adding a custom neck plate stamped with its serial number. I have some other mods to make when I have the time like fully shielding with conductive paint (MG Chemicals 841AR Super Shield) before installing the Tom Brantley custom wound pickups.

Well a little about my bass experience... I picked up electric bass when I was 16, played in the jazz band at school until I found an upright bass and fell in love. Then I pretty much abandoned electric! I did a tiny bit of playing in jazz and orchestra in college. Eventually I moved to Illinois with just an upright and got this Jay Turser electric bass for free from the bluegrass band I used to be in. I'm just starting to learn about electric tone and eq stuff. I just started slapping. I got my Rumble because my other amp was too heavy to lug around to jams.

Been lurking for a couple of months now, thought it was time I joined. I played guitar in bands for nearly 20 years and then life changed (as it does) and I quit playing, sold my gear and got on with life.
20 years later and I'm working at a place driving shuttle buses and a couple of the guys jam a bit on acoustics. Then we noticed one of the younger guys rapping out some complex rhythms with his hands on the table. Turns out he played professionally for 10 years then had a family. One of the other guys has been doing acoustic pub gigs for years but no band stuff for nearly 20 years.
Long story short, next time I go to work (we work away for 6 on/3 off and stay in a company house) there is a drum kit and a couple of guitars and amps in the lounge. I figured they needed a bass player....so I started buying again. About $7k later I have a Rumble 200, Rumble 210, Sire Marcus Miller P7, a cheap Ibanez I started on, a PA system.....oh and an 83 Strat, 59 Bassman RI, a pile of pedals and a Hartke B600 practice amp.....and a big grin on my face. Loving being the bass player....should have done it ages ago.
