But...I could FX send from the 150 to the 350, and from the 350 to the 25...
Well, first time in a studio with my new band, that does originals. My plain jane rig of bass>R100>line out to whatever the heck they do with it in the studio 
Although afterwards I was informed it will be easiest next time to run to the board directly next time, so no need for the Rumble. Anyway, it was a cool experience, and while I'm certain my playing wasn't exactly what I wanted all the time, I did have a great time. Here is the link to the tunes, and of course I welcome any and all feedback, comments, etc.!
My understanding from the BL is he wants to take 11 or 12 of these to cut a first CD. My response of course with my vast amount of bass playing experience, of just a bit less than 2 years, was to grin and shrug.

Just dropping by to say hey. .... The only amp I've ever owned is a Rumble 15, I think a v.1. 99% of my playing is unplugged, and when I do have to amp, the 15 is great for what we do.
I bought this many years ago as an open box at MF...I had a gift cert from my oldest son, so I bought this, a mic and stand, a little Behringer mixer, and cables, totalling under $100 out of pocket. The gear all gets used maybe twice a year, but it's nice to have it when it's needed, and nobody has ever complained about the tone or power of the Rumble. As a bonus, it works really well amping an acoustic guitar when that's called for.

See, neither you, nor your Rumble are as old as you may think. I feel the same way most mornings, all achey and stove up 'til I get up and get movin'. 
Those are certainly some beautiful looking acoustic instruments, of such varied string numbers, too! From 4 string bass to 6 string guitar to 12 string guitar! I bet they sound marvelous!! Got any recordings of you playing several of them? That would be SO awesome!
And how are your fine feathered friends handling the changing season? I'm probably wrong, but I think of most of them as having tropical origins, which Iowa kinda isn't. I imagine you've got good heating systems for them (and yourself)?

We use a passive solar heat wall, plus radiant in-floor heat. Also at this time of year we run several humidifiers inside.
If you put membership numbers in your signature when you get 'em, you'll know. 8^)
I have to admit, I'm a little disappointed the 210 and 115 don't have the same dimensions. Looks kinda like a half-assed stack.

I know what you mean. I bought the C200 and R1-15 cab only to find out the C200 had to be turned on it's side to closely match the R1-15. Even had to order the correct grille cloth and Logo to match both. With Fender, there is no correlation between products. You can't fight (sh)ity hall

But, did you not do your homework and research the dimensions and features using your Rumble Club Wiki page and its Extension Speaker Cabinets section and its model comparing Summary Info Chart?
The Ext. Cabs section even shows how the 210 on its side matches the width of the 115. .

? Shame on you or, rather, shame on Fender. But, that is JMHO...
Done. My Rumble 500 head with newly madeover R210 and R115 cabinets... overall, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out (especially the tweed logos).
Edit: I am not ashamed to stack them. I care not for dimensional exactitude.
I picked up a couple of those speakon cables to connect everything. Man, those are kinda cool.

Thanks for the reminder. I couldn't see the deal when I added it to the cart when it first came up last week. MF is holding the deal for this week too. I've been looking for the 40 for a little while. Now I'll have a 15, 40, 100, & 500 to rumble around with.

OK...I finally finished reading the whole Studio/Stage thread and it looks like I'll be getting a Studio 40 with my Christmas bonus. I've been playing guitar for more than 50 years and decided to pick up bass two years ago. I'm a pastor of a small church (sanctuary seats 34) and had been leading all the worship but someone else has stepped up to do that (also playing an acoustic guitar) so that's why I decided to pick up the bass. Most of the time it is just me and her but we have an extremely talented young lady who joins us occasionally on EG. On rare occasions we have Congo's or a cajon. I've been using a Frankenstein set up of bass patches on my Roland VG-88 played through my traveling PA/amp and a 60's stereo cabinet with 15. That cab is dying and so I guess the proof-of-concept phase is over. I like the idea of modeling and don't think I'll need anything more than the 40, plus I'm in the house for video recording. So anyways that's my story. Now I just need to wait but as Tom said. "the waiting is hardest part".

Well what do you know, this applies to studio 40's as well. So rather than waiting for my bonus, I ordered it and a GTX-7. I guess I'll just have to hope I don't get Griswolded.
