[WI Short Scaler]

For those of us REALLY stupid, can you explain why turning the gain up bumped up your DI volume? Wouldn't it ALSO bump up the amp speaker output? I thought your problem was you wanted X speaker volume but x + 5 house.

I'm in the same boat as you, doesn't make 100% sense with my limited knowledge. I usually set my gain with the master volume/amp output off. I do this because practicing at home I usually plug in and at gigs I use my wireless so gain is higher. So the amp had no sound when I turned up the gain. I noticed where the levels were at on the board and realized things were working as I liked. Was able to set FOH and then bring up stage volume to what I wanted as monitor level.

I just posted it as a "gotcha" kind of minute I had. If any expert can clarify it more I'm open but in the meantime I'll stay enamored with my Rumble 100.

A few drops of SuperGlueTM will keep those settings in place.

Actually now that I learned that I have to do some monkeying with EQ settings before I glue anything in place.

Finally unboxed the second 100 I bought during BF sale last month. Must say two 100s chained together does sound great.

Stumbled over here from the amps & cabs forum...

Just wondering if anyone knows of a place to get a replacement logo for my Fender Rumble 200 V3 combo.
It's the cheap 2 screw plastic version.

I've done a bunch of searching, but haven't found a direct replacement.
I know there are the metal flat logos available, and will go this route if I can't source the original.

I know the metal part is better, but didn't want to have to modify anything if need be.

True - but likely your only option. The different screw pattern won’t be much of a problem, as much of the original pattern will either be covered by the new logo or hidden by the grille cloth.

I have that logo on my Rumbles 15, 100, and 200. If you were to come up with any Fender logo about the same size and mail it to me, I would mail you the one off my Rumble 15 and put the one you get on my amp. I'm not concerned with it being the right one on that amp at all. Just one option if you can't find one that matches.

I dunno how resilient the metal 4-screw logo that 7ender sells is, but that flat plastic OEM one is quite delicate. I'd recommend some wooden planks on each side of it for stiffness if sending thru the mail! Maybe even gouge out a little pocket in one, or both, planks to keep it from getting mashed between 'em, too!

Yes, they are replacable, Lazy, in many, many ways!

You just have to make sure you get new knobs for the correct shaft size! Read some of the posts before and after these links to see what/if they say about that.

I figured I'd just call the custom shop or something but in hindsight they probably don't deal with amps. Seems like the better approach as averse to swapping mine with the knobs off my kids' GTX lol.
