How do I get a number?

The main thing that shakes in my living room is the wife watching a horror movie lol...other than that the Rumble 500c and 115 cab especially on the low B string tends to rattle the windows and brings the neighbours out checking how much damage the suspected earthquake did..and that's on low volume lollHeck, even the 40 can shake things in my living room.
The second Rumble 100 I bought directly from Fender in November started popping every few minutes while powered on, as of a month or so back. I emailed Fender consumerrelations early this month and never heard back. Today I called. After a few minutes on hold, I was transferred to Mark. He looked and found no hint they’d gotten the email. OK, it happens.
After discussing things for a couple of minutes, he sent me an email. I sent him back a video showing what the amp does. Within another couple of minutes I was told a new amp would be coming my way. Mark’s email asked me to send the amp to an e-waste facility, but a bit later I got an RMA, so I guess I’ll scrounge a box and ship the old one back.
It’ll be good to have two amps again. Meanwhile, the several year old used R100 keeps trucking along, and I’m happy with Fender service.

Maybe they think their website and current line up is spectacular and there is not need to attend...what they do need is a good front person. I vote for @G-Dog. Anyone else agree?

Thank you, Souly! While I agree that their product lineup is certainly spectacular, I do have a few improvement ideas gleaned from my interactions here with you fine Rumblers and Bassmen! But, as much as I am an admitted ham for the stage, I think my personal appearances as spokesperson are now behind me. Yes, the road has taken its toll. You know, it's not the years, it's the mileage. However, I wouldn't turn down a small 7-figure salary for an executive directorial position!
So, please, by all means, keep up the grass-roots write-in campaign!!But, here's what "they" actually think:

I read the article and haven't seen any evidence of them "plowing money" into very much, including new products that potential customers have been requesting. Maybe this is coming but, so is Christmas

No, they're plowing money into driving customers to retailers' doors (digital or physical).
It's probably past time fro NAMM to rethink it's approach.
I must be missing something...I am not seeing any money spent to drive customers to retailers' doors except for discounting their SRP on existing products. How that helps retailers is beyond me but, maybe Fender has a plan...? I am waiting for a big surprise...
