Rig for my July 4th gig. Outdoor venue overlooking the Pacific. The twins and Mabel.
Two Rumble 100's. Effect send from top unit to effect return on the bottom. Both amps volumes are set at 1 o'clock. All other settings are at noon. Plenty of punch for our blues band!

Couldn't find a rig I liked as much as the 100, so I just added one. Guess I'll have to buy two more for larger venues... ;-)
Good luck, 'riquéy! I'm seeing lots of inconsistent info about that cab, even the Carvin spec doesn’t say 800w peak/program or RMS/Continuous. One version was advertised at 600w peak (meaning 300w RMS/Continuous), so be careful!! I'm also seeing quite a few listed in the $200 range, which I don't associate with a good powerful cab. But, hey, I could be wrong. Just be sure it'll take the 400w Continuous (or RMS) your R800c could send it! Here are some TB searchs that may, possibly, help:
Took the V3 plunge yesterday.
Been looking at a Rumble 100 or 200 for years as backup for my old reliable gigging amp (a 65 pound B100r) and as a possible addition to my Pedal Steel rig for stereo setups.
Found a very clean 2021 Rumble 100 locally at a price I couldn't resist.
Very happy with it overall and at 1/3 of the weight, it might end up being the replacement even if the B100r sounds a smidge sweeter.
Also, I'd forgotten that this is actually my second Rumble.
This amp that lives in a living room cabinet is actually a V1 Rumble 15 purchased in pretty rough shape that I prettied-up.

Wow! The R100 is very nice. But, that's really a MUBAR* V1 R15! I had to see the "before" photo in your NAD. Made-Over post, to be sure! Good on ya!

Close, it's a Carlo. Made on Lakland machines but with Carl Pedigo's touch. Basically it's a 44-94 in body and electronics but with a 35' neck, 1.75" nut, birdseye neck and blocks and a neck center of jatoba. The neck profile is unreal.

The R100 effects send & return are the difference between it and the R40? (Apart from power, speaker size and price).

I went and checked first, to avoid placing foot in mouth, and was surprised that I failed to remember that my previous 120v 40 combo did, in fact, have a DI XLR output. I knew that my current Studio 40 does, but, heh, two years is two years. When recording direct from an amp, I'd always used my 200. I would mic the 15" speaker and blend the two inputs, so I never considered using the 40 for that.
In case anyone is interested, this video covers the issue of latency (phase) compensation when blending DI and mic'd inputs. I use MeldaProduction's MAutoAlign instead of Waves' InPhase since I went "Waves free" a couple of years ago. Also, I'm a huge fan of Gig Performer. It blows Cantabile, Mainstage and other VST hosts out of the water.
FWIW, here's a longer video that demonstrates the use of MAutoAlign.

Right, the 40 does have XLR out. Unfortunately my recording gizmo (AKA “audio interface”) doesn’t have a line level input, so I plug my bass directly into the audio interface, because it does have an instrument level input. I’m curious, @Deleted member 268085 , which audio interface do you use?
Working out in the yard by the old wood shop, listening to music played through my Rumble 15. I wear the safety glasses when I do some things because, as you can see, I'm pretty safety conscious!

I now have a PreSonus Studio 1810c. It's great. 4 combo XLR mic/line inputs with instrument input capability on inputs 1 & 2. When using the XLR DI from the Rumble, you need an XLR male to 1/4" TRS male cable.

Here's a decent review. Note that it's 4 years old. The Universal Control software and the firmware have been updated several times and runs problem-free for me.
