It has been a month since I posted but I just want to thank you all the people that helped to decide between the combos. Sorry for my English as is not my native language.

(that response graph is a lie tough)

I'll(try to)remember that if I ever get a second one.I use a 23” flat patch cord (EBS) to connect two R100s. When disconnected the patch cord is plugged into the #1 R100 FX out & in. Better than a sticky note!
Old post and all that...Hi all. Changed out the stock knobs with some chicken head style. Gives a classic looking combo even more class. Love how it turned out!

They're not glued, the classic D shaped friction fit shafts/knobs.Old post and all that...
I recently purchased a Rumble 500 and the matching 2x10 cabinet. I would like to change the knobs too, but no matter how hard I pull, they don't come off. I don't want to break it, so does anyone have any ideas? Are they glued to the thing or something?
Thanks.
I opted for the Rumble 800 and it's and absolute beast. The combo works very well with a loud drummer. I play mostly stoner and riff based music and this combo works so well in the mix.Your English is fine!
What did you end up getting? How do you like it?
I've doubted a lot but I got the Rumble 800. No more questions related to the combo for now, thanks for the help as it is very difficult to try both here in Spain. So I've got to trust the comments and this combo is even better than expected.Congratulations! Which model Rumble did you get? Do you have any more questions?
I see no problem with your English! Where are you from?

I’ll remind you!
Of what? That you are gifting me your gear, of course!Of what?

PSA: the red ones are $.02 cheaper.I use tools like these (got mine years ago at Harbor Freight, but now everything is available even cheaper/easier online):

That looks like algorithmically adjusted pricing based on views vs purchases vs personal history.PSA: the red ones are $.02 cheaper.![]()
Or you could put one of the grilles on upside down. That's how I know which Rumble 40 has which driver.Hmm. If I had a second R100 in "Ivory", at least I'd know which was which w/o resorting to "Post-It" notes.
This, of course, assumes I could afford a second R100. Mufunzalo.
Good call!PSA: the red ones are $.02 cheaper.![]()
Eventually I’ll get “Thing 1” and “Thing 2” stenciled or artistically painted on the amps and their covers.Or you could put one of the grilles on upside down. That's how I know which Rumble 40 has which driver.
Did you buy it new? If it was used, maybe the previous owner glued them on. Mine came off with little to no effort. Good luck, it looks waaaaaayyy better with the chicken-head knobs!Old post and all that...
