Fender Rumble Club

I have a new 2014 Rumble 500H v3. Anyone knows are the rubber feets placed similarly in older Rumble heads (v2)? I am looking for buying a older used Rumble 410 cab and want to be sure the head will fit the cab.

Yup! I have the V2 112NEOs and my V3500H fits perfectly. I had wondered about that too after I ordered because the head dimensions are pretty different. Luckily feet are the same!

Thanks!

Now that I have 115 and 410, I am waiting for Fender to release a small 1x10, 1x12 or 2x8 for home use. It would make the Rumble head even more usable than it's now.

Thanks!

V2 Rumble 112 & 2x8 Neo cabs as good as they were have been discontinued, but are still available on ebay. Both SIF Jiggy and myself run a twin Rumble 112 Neo cab mini-stack. Sounds great and is very versatile.

eudaimonia, you do realize that the v2 Rumble 410 cab is 4 ohms, and can't be used in conjunction with your new Rumble 115 (8 ohms) cab? Of course you can use them seperately without a problem, but you would need the new v3 Rumble 410 (8 ohms) cab to go with your 115. So beware.

Yes, I'm aware of this. I bought the cabs to be used in two different bands with different kind of music. Thanks anyway.

Well it finally came in, I know I got a number already, awhile back. But here's my new Rumble 115v3 cab that came in for my new used GK700RBii

I got to play out with my Rumble 40. I played with two guitarists and a banjo player at a coffee house that the owner said is 1000 sq. ft.. Since it was an open mic format, there was not a sound check, which would have been useful, but I was tolde that my amp was sufficiently loud and fit in the mix with the other instruments and vocals. I concluded that it is at least adequate for coffee house gigs. I'll probably never play with a drummer. I used the bright setting and emphasized the upper mids and treble. I also had it on my amp stand, which has it about 26" off the floor and tilted back.

A little more Rumble love...here's to show what the little 100 can do (with a house system).

Here's part of the audience:

This shot is blurry, but you can see the little Rumble 100 in the back.

At noon with the master, 1pm with gain, a bit of high mids and the vintage setting engaged, it had plenty of power when I was in front of it...as I moved around the stage I could still hear myself fine between that and FOH.

I will say the amp is very colored (and a good color), but I do want to work on a bit more clarity. Probably taking off the vintage setting will help for a start, but we had a line check only, so I went with what I used last practice. Still, that is being picky as the amp was fine. (And still everyone is amazed at how light it is).

One more thing...I forgot to post this....with my rock band (early 80's Ozzy/Van Halen/Deep Purple etc), the Rumble 100 couldn't quite hang (drummer hits hard). This in a practice room with just my amp for the bass (no PA). I could hear myself, but I had the master up to about 2pm and the limiting circuit was working (except it drops low end). I bet the Rumble 200 combo (and of course the 500) would have rocked.
