If it helps, tell your CFO that you're doing it to take care of your back--the Rumble 200C is about 20 lbs. lighter than your current rig.Serves me right. This is a perfect example of why I should not be left on my own to make financial decisions. I think my reasoning went something like this:
Wow. I can get a really, really good deal on a Rumble 200watt right now! I don't really need it, and right now is the absolute worst time for me to buy one. Heck, even joking about buying it right now would put me in the dog house. Kinda funny.
I know. I'll go to the Fender Rumble club and tell them about my dilemma, such as it is. They will certainly be able to understand my dilemma, maybe even find it funny. But in the end, they will all agree with me that I really don't need to buy a Rumble right now. The Fender Rumble Club would never even think to tell me to buy a Fender Rumble just because they are the Fender Rumble Club. They would want me to make all financial decisions regarding Fender Rumbles with thoughtful consideration of the consequences of my purchasing decisions.
And my wife can go quite a while without Christmas music. I'm often the one who puts something on. Like that Tony Bennett version of "My Favorite Things"? OMG I can't get enough of that! Or the Vince Guaraldi Trio? Bing Crosby? Faagghhheettabbaaaaatit!!
Oh you soooo don't know Ms. Santa. Let's just say I married her because she wasn't like other girls.

So maybe you could win it in one of those raffle things?Actually, this is a main motivation for me. I do plan on buying a Rumble at some point, partly for this reason. But as far as that being a selling point for Santa, not a chance. We work in the health field. We work out fairly regularly. Suffice to say, breaking my back would be met with something like: "You haven't been doing your cat-cows, have you? No taking your amp anywhere until you start doing your back exercises and stretching regularly again! You can take your little DI pedal thing, or whatever you call it."
True story. Years ago I strained my back on my BIL's BMX bike, trying to relive my youth. We had a young toddler, and another very soon on the way. We lived in a 3rd floor downtown condo with no elevator. I couldn't help carry kids or the groceries, or anything. The next morning I fainted in the bathroom while taking a leak. No meds, just from the injury. I woke up to my toddler daughter poking me in the face, pants around my ankles, and my exhausted, nine-month pregnant wife staring at me from the doorway with a look that said: "don't even think of asking me over to help your pathetic juvenile will-never-be-pregnant wannabe-bmx-riding male-ass up if you want your balls to stay attached." Almost 15 years later and my back is in better shape than men half my age.
A greater earful of delight there could not possibly be. It is a beautiful thing.I had the best rehearsal ever today with my Rumble 200c !
I coupled it to my Zoom B3 and the tones I got were amazing.
Welcome to the Fender Rumble Club, KingTaco77!New guy here. Been reassembling my collection after a drought and picked up a Fender Rumble 350 210 a couple of months ago...has yet to do me wrong, loud as hell and pretty sweet sounding.

I'm using a R500 v3 combo on top of a matching 2x10. Works beautifully.Anyone using the latest version Rumble 2x10 cabs stacked with maybe the v3 500 head or some other head?
