Fender Rumble Club

It is in OZ - In Sydney and is a very big business

I currently play bass, sax, flute and guitar in a 200 member church. Not exactly big business.

I did play worship in a mega church for a decade and led worship in a medium sized Church. Sure, there a churches that are big--but many don't exist and become big for the purpose of business. Some do--but I can say the mega church I played in was 100% sold out to Christ.

I own the 500 Combo and play post hardcore--it is extremely loud and gets the job done. I play sax in a classic rock band where the bassist plays a 200 combo--it gets the job done with plenty of volume in medium sized venues. The 200 is enough unless you play extremely loud stuff--like post hardcore.

Thanks. I think that's the info I needed. I'm looking at playing in a classic rock or blues band so the 200 may just be what I need.

Interesting. I currently have an Ampeg BA115. Lol

Don't get me wrong--I was playing with him when he played Ampeg--he sounded great then too. His Ampeg crapped out (more than once) and he was frustrated and decided to try Fender. He is sooo happy.

He told me that he has more flexibility with his tone through the Fender. I only know Fender as I am a newbie bassist and started with the Fender 500C. This fellow is a real pro player--he had some high end Ampeg that bit the dust.

Lol.... No

Took me a minute to figure out where he was talking about.
Dikes are flood walls I think.

Anyhow...
Dikes is also term for diagonal cutters.

Have you told him about TB and the Rumble Club? We have a number waiting for him.

I like my BA115, I'm just hoping to get another amp I like as much as that one. If I end up liking the Fender better, that's just bonus.

Thanks! That is indeed EXACTLY what I was looking for--except one thing. There is no list of parts... :( I know it's probably plain in the pic for some folks, but is there a list of parts? (and where to buy? Amazon?)

There is not a list.

I meant to compile one in cooperation with eric_B but never got around to it.
Mainly, because eric_B is in Tulipville, birthplace of dykes and cannabis bars, so all his sources are, like, metric or something.

At some future time, I will do this conversion on my 500 combo and will make a US parts list at that time. Invalid Link Removed has everything, though I can't put my finger on the small back recessed panel. In the past, I have used just a rectangle of aluminum for this. (Invalid Link Removed)

Seems like I missed a lot of fun since yesterday, being busy sticking my finger in a dike to save the tulips and the country, while smoking cannabis and drinking Heineken :D

About the parts, yes I got them from a Dutch store but nothing exotic I would say: some cable, jack and speakon plugs and screws, Neutrik NLJ2MDH combo connectors (link) and an Audio Metalz 25300 dish (link). If I recall, Penn Elcom has similar dishes.

Hey @eric_B, I'm going to leave you your choice of my lefty Fender Basses in my will. The only catch is you are going have to come and get it as shipping is outrageously expensive. It's just as cheap for you to fly round trip.
Hey Linnin, now that makes my (Fender) Friday, thanks! :)
More than enough reason to come visit the land of the dollars, baseball and Fender!

The bad part: I will have to wait decades for it ;) ;)
