Fender Rumble Club

image.jpeg
and just where is your Fender Rumble amp @gjohnson441496? Hmmmm?
Here you go!

I haven't played through my modified V2 Fender Rumble 75 1x12 combo since I got my Rumble 200 combo from @Scatabrain.

Dug it out today and MAN this thing is killer! LOVE the V2 Overdrive so much more than the V3. It gets the good tube driven bottom gravel growl even though there are no tubes. It's all about the tone.

Sir Linnin, i have read one of Rumble member wrote he engage the overdrive mode along with Contour and Vintage ON. I actually cant imaging how boomy the tone.
I have test with my Rumble 200 combo, Gain 3'clock, all 3 effect button engage, Horn ON, Overdrive 2'clock , Level between 8 ~ 10 o'clock , hi-mid 2 o'clock ,and fine tune volume knob, be careful your ears . With low volume, sound nothing special, when increase the volume , it really Dirty-Fuzzy-Screamy!!!!

I still use my Rumble 500 head, now much more frequently since (somewhat reluctantly) transitioning to full time bass duties. Still getting superlative sounds, regardless of which bass/cab choice...

The only thing I don't like is the absolutely atrocious zippers on the carry bag...all the handles have broken, and been replaced with wire ties to still be able to access the carry bag pouches, but the amp itself is a charm.

Not sure when exactly it will be, but the Rumble Bass 300 and the Cabs will be on Ebay.. to be sold as a unit.. If you are a Fender collector. Here is a chance to own a piece of history! Rumble on

99ZedTres, I read between the lines that you don't consider this rig a "player".
Which is a shame because that rig sure would look awesome on stage!
