Fender Rumble Club

Just ordered a Rumble 500 head with a Rumble 410 cab

Played one at GC Friday, almost blew the ceiling off the building.

Great sound and headroom.

Should have it in the studio next week sometime.

Crazy deal on some really nice equipment.

I have the same setup and love it. It paired it with a Genz Benz 115 and it kills. So thick and loud. My drummer even said things sound more full after I brought the head and paired it with my 215's.

Played a bunch of the new Fender line this weekend and I have to say, this boom is about looks not sound. They sound great, just like the previous models but it is amazing to me how a cloth grill and a lighter can now are getting rave reviews. Maybe I'm the only one but personally I like the last series.

I played a new rumble 200 at my local GC this last fri. I was extremely impressed with it. I plan on buying one eventually. That thing just rocked my socks off. The OD sounded phenomenal. I wouldn't even need an OD pedal if I used this guy. And it was capable of a much louder volume output than I thought. Very very cool combo. Fender did a fantastic job on these. Very impressed.

The new v3s pack a punch don't they? I have the Rumble 40 and wow.

Gotta say thanks for being able to try all the V3 combos. Yesterday took the 200 back because the 500 was in. This is it! Have an SVT 3 Pro with 810 classic bottom as my main rig. This my friends is a great change of pace. Love it. I would like to say I'm surprised how great this sounds but I'm not. 500 combo is the way to go! Don't look back! For small and middle of the road gigs this is it!

Just got confirmation on prices for the 500 combo and 115 extension from the reseller in Peru, and they're actually a bit high... $820.00 for the combo and $500.00 for the extension cab, total price tag of the rig: $1,320.00, but I have a 15% granted discount, so the final price will be $1,122.00 Not that bad, but 222 bucks more than the $900.00 budget I have for this rig...

I was so impressed with the combo 200 and 500 at GC and Sam Ash that I picked up the 500 combo with a coupon and am really enjoying it. Great tone variations, looks like it has white damping material when I look inside one of the two bass ports of this punchy little amp. Not much coming out of the tweeter, but its not too tinny and has an on/off switch. Lots of punchy sounds for a 2x10 and a great feature is the direct input through the effects return. It is pre-everything and enabled me to plug my sansamp DI pedal directly in and take full control of the amplifier through the sansamp in including level and all tone. Finally! It bypassed all of the controls on the amp and let me to take full control with the pedal making it like a slave amp. Simply incredible to be able to do this (to me anyway). I couldn't do that on my Little Mark or Genz Shuttle heads which still had gain and / or tone controls active when using the effects return. At 36 lbs, I can put the sansamp in my gigbag and carry the amp in one hand and the bass in the other making this really convenient with great tone and power.

Hello all,

Is this the Fender Rumble Club that I have been referred to?
I'm new to the Talkbass Forum and I have a question.
Fender has the V3 series of Rumble amps out now and I've been trying to find frequency specs on the 500 Watt combo or if it's ported.
I can't seem to find that info anywhere including the Fender website.
Does anyone know what the frequency specs/range is or if it's ported?
Secifically, does it get down to at least 40Hz?
Yes the 500 combo is dual front ported, and will go down to 40 Hz with ease and will handle a low B with no problem. Fender does not publish frequency specifications.
