And the Rumble 100 is 22 lbs! People are always amazed at the light weight when they help carry my gear. I always find it funny when they heave it off the ground (knowing bass amps are heavy) and the Rumble flies into the air.

I still do that with my 40 and 100.

I just put the Black Beauties on my ball-room bass and was looking for the special instructions - they're on the inside of the box! Finally received my blackface logos. I like the existing knobs though the "witch hats" would be nice for the numbers, I would need 16 of them. Anyway, another small project and an excuse to post another Rumble pic. I know what to do with one of the flat Fender logos and will figure something out for the other.

Ok, ending the suspense, these logos are ten times as heavy as the plastic ones. So, I black-faced the Rumbles and Rumble-faced my recently built Blackbird. I'll stash the other one in case the Rumble-board breaks. The stage floor is a tough place to be during load-in/out. I bought a pack of eight rubber feet to jack up the board and installed the extra four under the 100. The take-offs from the 100 are more robust than those on the 40 so they trickled up. Give me an inch, I'll run some wires!

...and I have to give credit to Kevins1701 who did a much more complete makeover of his combo. That was almost a year ago but I did tons of reading before joining the club. Glad I did. He also created a page that is still relevant.

Happy Boxing Day everyone! Always a good day to look forward with expectancy towards the goodness a new year brings. Winter NAMM 2017 is 25 days away. It will be exciting to see if there are any new bass amps introduced. The new Fender American Professional series of guitars and basses will surely be the stars of the show.

For myself, I am to undergo cardioversion on the 3rd of January, and hope to get my internal rhythm back. Also I will turn 63 on the 5th!

You are quite welcome @Old Garage-Bander. There is a lot of good solid information in the Rumble Talks and also in the following posts. Plenty of smart folks here from all walks of life plus international viewpoints too. We've overcome a ton of anti-Fender bias and outright hate since the club was formed in 2013.
