Fender Rumble Club

Hey guys I'm sure this has been answered a million times but search on the app really sucks. Anyway I have decided to etc the rumble 500 head but can't decide between the 115 and 210 cab. Will be playing with a drummer and 2 guitarist in this band. The guy playing bass now has been using a 70'single kasino head and 115 cab and gets by just fine. Will the 115 or 210 be better suited? Mostly worship and Christian rock and I use a lot of overdrive and modulation
If you're going to use only one cab, I think I'd go for the 115. If you think you might go to two cabs at some point, I think I'd go with the 210. I prefer the sound of the 10s to the 15s, but one 15 moves more air than two 10s. Though, according to a lot of the guys on here, the 210 is plenty loud for their use. Personally, I use two 12s and I feel that I want a bit more at times.

I've got a question. I just got the Rumble 500, and am paring it with the Rumble 2x10" extension cab. The volume from the speakers in the amp are considerably louder than the extension cabinet. Is this normal? I checked the speakers in the ext.cab and they are fine-just not as loud as the amp speakers. I'm using an old 50' speaker cable to connect them because my Fender-issued 4' cable is in my band trailer, 8 miles away!

It makes a difference. I use a 500c and a 2x10 extension. Closer to the ear, yes, but you get more punch with the extra cab.
I actually opted for a separate 500 head and 210 rather than the combo......i did this because I already have a GK combo and didn't want two, and the added flexibility of using different cabinet combinations if the future if/when the need arises. I play mostly small clubs/stages and am often to close to the cab to hear well and no FOH, having it up in the air will help me hear better and the extra x2 10's could help fill the room better without being excessively loud.

IMO it should be even across both cab's, this seems to point to the 50' cable as the culprit......definitely try something shorter.

I find the 15's to be the one for me, but definitely try to do a comparison as we all have our own thoughts on what we want to sound like. Either way, you'll be getting a great cab! Rumble on!
