Has anybody tried one of these new Fender pre amps yet? I saw it in Bass Player and I really like some of the features. I have been considering a BBE BMax T, but I think the Fender might fit me better.

thanks for teh heads up on the paper review, i'll pick up a copy, this is one of the first reviews, if not the very first review of this unit because no one else seems to have reported on the TBP-1 on the internet from my searches on a few forums and the usenet groups, as yo uca see if you do a search here (a couple responseless threads just like this one, one of them by me)
problem is they dont seem to exist in retail stores to try out right now.....
