Fenderbird

@ Basvarken
Ah! Now I remember, you are the guy that also played the EB2 (the BaCH one) prototype on youtube!
Do you know when the Fenderbird and EB2 will be available?

Correct. That's me

I don't know exactly when they will be available. For the EB2 prototype that you saw in the video I used a Duesenberg two point bridge with separate stop bar.
Me and BaCH are still working on a bridge for the EB2. Basicly like the old Gibson two point bridge, but with saddles that are adjustable in height, spacing and intonation.

The Fenderbird shouldn't take too long for the second series to arrive.
I believe there was a problem with the pickguard cutter. But it should be solved by now.

I thought this approach was dig worthy:

Me want.

Thanks for posting my Factorbird fretless! Here's a couple more shots. It has a Koa 3 piece body (to original T-bird specs) with bevels/modeling, Kubicki Ex-Factor lined fretless neck and tuner/bridge, G&L L-2000 electronics and Wilkinson pu's. I eventually want to replace the pu's as the are a tad on the bassy side. Suggestions?

This is my "Saunderbird" ; late 80's/early 90's Saunders (very nice) NOS P-like highly charactered maple/rosewood neck, Epi (?) mahogany mix body, active/passive electronics and Wilkinson pu's (w/ramp between). A really nice playing and sounding bass. I have a 3-way switch operating as an off/on. Works well cutting distortion in & out on wig-out solo's.

I have built numerous "Fenderbirds" over they years. Most have been my own versions not exact copies of Johns. I do have a replica of his extreme cutaway Fenderbird in the works. Some of my Fbirds over the years.
