Fiio headphones amp connected to bass

Hi guys,

I have connected a tiny headphones amp called Fiio e3 to my bass guitar and my ATH m50 headphones on the other side of the amp. I get a decent sound but only in my left headphone speaker. When connected to some other source of music I hear both headphones. What can I do/check to hear my bass on both speakers?
