Finally

I'm assuming that this is 800 watts with an extension cab, no ?

No surprise I guess. They have the Stage 800, an 800 head. It all fits in the same box as the 500 combo and probably with the same speakers.

Yes, the TB Rumble Club, as its manual explains, is very much like the 4-year-old Rumble Stage 800, at least in its power section. Like the Stage, the new 800 COMBO is 400W alone and requires an extension cab to reach it 800W nameplate power. Also like the Stage, the new 800 can power a single 8 ohm cab, or two 8 ohm cabs, or a single 4 ohm cab! So, both combos are stable down to 2.67 ohms total, with an Impedance switch between 4 and 2.67 ohms total (8 and 4 ohms external), while the Rumble 800 HD head is fully 2 ohms stable! Of course the preamps of the two combos are completely and totally dissimilar!!!

But, the new Rumble 800 COMBO differs from the Stage with its Output switch allowing it to reduce to 1/4 power; 100W alone, or 200W with extension cab(s)! But it also uses new Eminence NEO drivers making it weigh 10 lb.s less than the Stage combo!!! That's 7.5 lb.s less than the Rumble 500 combo!

Yes, it's quite an exciting new combo! It's sure gotten the TB Rumble Club all abuzz!! Wish I had a need for it. :smug:
