finding tab that was made for a guitar to be played on a 4 string

I've been plucking away for about a year and a half now, and I pretty much have the basics down. What I'm wondering is, is there a place I can find/buy tablature that modifies songs that were written to be played on guitar to something I can play on a four string bass?
