Double Bass fishman bp100 or k&k bass max?

No question - get the Bass Max.

I used to have a BP100 and it sounded thin and unnatural. The BassMax sounds great. It also probably will sound fine with your SWR amp without needing an outboard preamp, if your amp input impedance is greater than about 300K Ohms. The Fishman needs a preamp input impedance of >1Meg, preferrably 10 Meg to sound decent.

I suggest neither. I'd get the Rev. Solo II. IMO, and on my basses, it is head and shoulders above the Bassmax.
