Michigan has medicinal right now. Ohio had it on the ballot last fall, but the measure failed by a slight margin. Was a poorly written law, gave a monopoly (dacapoly?) to 10 growers at first.
Common knowledge was that these 10 growers were going to be mob controlled.
I voted for it, even though I've been sober for 7+ years. I don't see it as any worse than alcohol, which causes a lot more damage physically to the body of the user and people around them. Factor in the DUI deaths and abused family members along with the shortened lifespan of drinkers, and you've got a real public menace.
Road & Track did a test some years back when they drove their test cars sober, after smoking and then again after drinking. Surprisingly, they were more cautious when driving after smoking reefer, had slower reflexes and thought they were going faster than they actually were.
Alcohol made them more likely to speed and misjudge distances, as well as take more risks.
It's true that grog is at least as bad as pot.
My view is that one is legal and one is not and I like to abide by the law of the land.

Something is wrong with the bass though. It has one of those skinny straight pickups where the two piece zig zag job is supposed to be.

I'm not a big "looks guy" when it comes to instruments, more of a function over form mentality, but I have to admit that guard looks fantastic.
It's been legal in DC for almost a year now...but you have to stay home to enjoy...

Even though I have some really nice basses now, I have hit the stage with a damn cheesy bass or two back in the day.

I'm new to putting stickers on a bass (mine to hide a freakin' gouge on a scratch and dent special ).
I do like yours though, nice and it really works well on the bass -stands out but in a good way.
