Flatwound vs. Roundwound poll

I love how Rounds sound when I'm practicing on my own. Also, Rounds is the only choice if you play heavy rock music - metal, hardcore, etc. But Flats sits so much better in mix if you're playing more mellow stuff. I have Flats on my P and Rounds on my Jazz, but I'll be putting Flats on my Jazz very soon ;)
What? In my metal band, rounds are much better in the mix. Everyone agreed when they heard the difference. Rounds got lost in with guitar noise, flats seem to sit below the mix and have their own space. But use whatever you like, dosn't bother me at all!

Also not very true IMHO. Rounds doesn't have to get lost with guitar noise, flats are also doesn't always have to sit below the mix. It depends on many factors.
The true statement is: Use whatever you like. Both can be good.
