Here's my sparkle bass Just finished tonight. American Standard Precision painted by Marty Bell, Silver sparkle D'Andrea pickguard, EMG Geezer Butler pickups and an American Standard Jazz neck. I'm so tempted to send the neck off to Marty to get a matching headstock.

That parts P is great! I recently got a good deal a US Geddy and have plans for a few mods and a refin. Since it'll inevitably be my backup and 'dive bar' bass, I thought a big flaked darker purple refin would look sweet with the maple board w/ vintage tinted binding/blocks and chrome hardware. I'd also ditch the pick guard for maximum purple-ness!

`79 Jazz with '89 Warmoth neck. Refinished by Marty Bell in '99.

Maybe cost me $650.00 total since '85 when I bought it plus the neck trade in.

I've never played a T-40 and know most are heavy (ash, and apparently deliberately so!) but I like the way these pu's sound. Mine isn't wired like a T-40 ... instead it has a very sophisticated switching system that utilizes splitting both buckers in any combination you wish! And it's light too; 7lbs/15oz.., so 8lbs. It sounds BIG!

@Mammoth_Bass cant remember off hand but pretty sure it's a #7 which should be on their website.

It is wide, but a flat radius making it incredibly easy to play, I found it easier to play than their #12 which is their PJ type neck
