I saw some old film of an early days Tom Jones show in a smallish club and there were bras and panties (with room keys attached) hitting the stage almost constantly.

Don't know if it was real or staged.

At a wet outdoor festival, we had some grubby looking ladies underpants come flying up on stage. I think they had previously been on the ground. While we were playing, the singer picked them up with two fingers, hung them on a mike stand, and carefully wiped off his hand on the guitarist's trousers.

Two years in a row now the 80s rock cover band I'm in opened for big cover band that does the whole arena rock thing with the big show. A good buddy of mine joked that we'd have girls throwing panties on stage all night. He talked a friend into throwing her bra on stage, so we hung it from the mic stand. This year we're playing again and she makes her way up to the front and throws a pair of panties up. So again, we hang it from the mic stand. Found out later they were bought just for the show, so no worrying about what happened with them. Fun times
