why not making 3-5 rough lefty bodys for the ES5 and keep them in stock for some requests ?

I'm sure you'd have sold them in 5 seconds :) and the leftys would be happy

Congratulations to every team fodera for the works of arts that are the bass.
I am from Brazil and would like to know you already thought about doing some here partnership in Brazil. Because the bass that arrive here are in values very loud, difficult of being bought.

More pix.
This is the combo if you want to go down the marcus miller path. 22 frets and bolt-on. The neck is 2mm thicker than standard to get even more of the 70' vibe. This is the best four string bass I have had the pleasure to play, only closely rivaled by my other emperor.

Yes, thanks to Jason for cleaning up the mess surrounding the old grooveshoppe orders.

Roger (and all of the other Fodera Faithful that suffered through things like the Groove Shoppe mess), thanks a bunch for your patience and civility through it all. We had a heck of a hole to dig out of when we first partnered in 2009 and the very last few of the "lost orders" are almost all finished...

BTW, the two Monarchs that I personally ordered in the Fall of 2009 are now being built...YAY!!!

What is specs again :)

They are being built as twins...sequentially serial numbered...

1. "60's Style"

Alder Body
Brazilian RW Top
Water Maple Neck
Brazilian RW FB (MOP Dots and Tulips)
Fodera/Duncan Dual Coils with Matching (Top) Covers
Gold Hardware
34" Scale, 24 Frets

2. "70's Style"

Ash Body
Crotch Olive Top
Water Maple Neck
Birdseye MAple FB (Abalone Blocks)
Fodera/Duncan Dual Coils with Matching (FB) Covers
Black (or Gold?) Hardware
34" Scale, 24 Frets

The only spec not determined yet is the PUP Spacing. I am leaning towards doing 70's spacing for both...

J
