Fodera Club Part VII

The MG is slightly more compact all around and the lower horn runs parallel to the body (with a deeper cutaway), rather than flaring our, away from the body...

Check out the Newborn section of the website and you can search for "Imperial" and "Matt Garrison Imperial" and you'll be able to clearly see the difference...

Regards,

J

jason, are there any differences between MG and imperial on shape?thx

Wonderful! I really enjoyed that. Amazing to see how organized that shop is now, while still keeping the feel of old school hand work, etc. Really impressive!!!!

Not to blow too much smoke up Jason's skirt... Fodera's operations seem much more streamlined and purposeful than ever before. They've always been great at making basses but the process for getting there was a bit "loose" at best. He's really turned things around.

Thanks everyone...I cannot emphasize how much it is a collective effort. While I end up being the public face here on TB, we have some really great folks on the team now and that makes all the difference in the World...this is most definitely NOT about me.

Cheers,

J

Yeah, it's a team, but you deserve the compliments, Jason! So there! :)
It's great to see the company running so well. I loved watching Janek's video and seeing the hand labour put into every instrument, wonderfully old-school. And I dream of a wood supply like that!

Great video!

I had such a great experience with my bass that I'm considering order a third. Gotta sell a few things first! There is just some really incredible work coming out of there right now and I want to get my life quota in before time runs out! :)
