I had such a great experience with my bass that I'm considering order a third. Gotta sell a few things first! There is just some really incredible work coming out of there right now and I want to get my life quota in before time runs out!

I have the Matt Garrison Signature's on the Imperial and I'm really liking them. I thought the 40 G and 28 C might be too light for me but so far, that's not the case..
I'm also sold on Fodera strings again.. The intonation seems real good and the sound is even..
i see Janek is using a heavier set now.. 105 - 32 but then again he sounds amazing on what ever strings he has on...

How would you describe the Delano Pickups on the New Born Richard bona bass compared with the normal Fodera ones?
Aren't these the JSBC splitoil pickups?
Interesting to see those on a Fodera Bass.
The do look good I think!

We were not able to take them apart and see what was inside of them, but I do believe that they are based on the JSBC split coil design...the sound blew us all away. They were really, really good...incredibly single-coil like!

Ordered my first Fodera. Basically it is a replica of Anthony Jackson's bass from the 80's. Body woods are different. I thought for a long time about ordering a Presentation model but I really don't think it would fit my needs as well.

Anyway keep plugging away at the shop. Happy building!
