ha. well you can chalk it up to one of these (in no particular order, but i'll do letterman style):

3. wrote after a tad too much red wine, so i didn't read too gud
2. i'm an iconoclast and i don't need to read
1. just needed a flimsy excuse to tease jason

"I think people today need to hang out in museums a little more. You need to look at magnificent stuff and get turned on by it" -Vinny-

Well, looking at Fodera basses turns me on :D
Agreed.

I LOVE that closing statement:

"I think people today need to hang out in museums more. You need to look at magnificent stuff and get turned on by it."

Classic. Perfect. Immortal.

You'll find that quote places other than talkbass, I guarantee it.

Has anyone tried Circle K strings on their Fodera? I just got an ACG singlecut with a set on it and I am in love so far. I'd love to hear some feedback. I'm really thinking about putting a set on my Monarch.

Thanks,

Michael

yes. four different sets, had five.

two of standard tuning of B-C

two of highstrung tuning of D-Eb

had on low tuning of A-Bb (but now using flats for that tuning)

been talking to skip about a set for double-course 12 tuned B-C

i like them, even thought they're a tad brighter than i've normally liked, they have aged wellfor my purposes.
