Food, Glorious Food...

1. I don't do snails.
When I was in high school, I worked at a restaurant that was fairly high end. I watched the chef prepare the Escargot...
Open a big ole can, man did it stink! They used commercially available shells. The chef filled the shell with garlic butter, then showed a snail into the shell, followed up with more garlic butter.
Everything else on the list a a ok with me!

I have never tried Nutella, and don't think I might, but you never know. Not a fan of ketchup or mayo, but I may eat either or both again. Not a big fan of canned tuna, but I would eat it. Prefer fresh! All the natural foods on there are my staple diet, and have changed my life for the better.

My gal "liked" them ok until I roasted some with olive oil, garlic and sea salt. Now she loves them.

A sneaky way is to take these (1st image) and 1/2 them. Put em on a cookie sheet with foil, drizzle with olive oil and put the brussels sprouts on it ( I use foil cuz I hate cleanup :D ) take your minced garlic and spread it over then hit it with parmesan cheese. Roast at 350 until you get the amount of done-ness / char you want.

Beside the sour dough bread and the condiments-ranch dressing, ketchup, mayo, which really aren't considered "food" in my mind- I don't see anything wrong with any of these foods...what am I missing? I eat all of this stuff. This could be my weekly grocery list. Someone wrote they would never eat 17 of these items...what?... why?

"Just like escargot, my car go real slow."

With that now out of the way, I eat everything on that list. I'm not a picky eater and never have been. I do have a preference for Mexican food over most others, but I can and will eat just about anything put in front of me.
